Won’t let the game open
I click on the sims 4 game and it doesn’t open at all it takes me to the EA app if I open it through steam and or EA or desktop. I tried restarting EA I deleted the game and reinstalled and lost ever...

0gtg You don't move anything to a clean folder. You move your existing folder elsewhere, and the game will create a clean folder on its own.
If this doesn't or didn't help, then I need to see a dxdiag from your computer.
