Won't recognize that I own packs

RoseWolfTV Please do a clean uninstall of the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine). Restart your computer before reinstalling the App. And either restart your computer between play sessions, or close the EA App completely (choose the Exit option, don't just X out the window) and kill the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager.
