Woohoo broken after newest patch/update

Any attempt between any two of my young adult characters to woohoo in any of the available locations results in the normal "excitement" animation, then instead of walking off to enjoy each others company, it jerks back and clears the action. 

At first I thought it might have had something to do with their relationship levels, but now they are married and it's the same.

I haven't tried it with adults/elders. "Messing around" for teens seemed to work but...
