Woohoo options gone.

Been playing the sims for years. Within the past week 2 of my families in different saves have lost the option to woohoo. I've tried Resetting sims, recovering older saves, repaired game, moving household.  I can save household to gallery and drop them into a new save and that brings back woohoo but then i lose stuff my sims have accumulated like collections and relationships and more. The families could initially woohoo and suddenly the options disappeared. Also starting a new game the sims have no problem woohooing. This is a game I play long term legacies.. I don't want to put hours and hours into a family only to find out the glitch or bug happened again.
