    Is anyone still having issues with this ?

    The gallery is now back online and hopefully that should also solve this message

I can't connect to the Gallery. It says that I need Sims 4 connected to my EA account but it is. Can't get a hold of any advisors when I was eighth in line. My laptop tried to restart itself and now I can't contact EA. I'm freaking out here and would appreciate some help.
