You must have The Sims 4 registered to your EA account to access online features

I don't have the Legacy Edition it says I have the normal version on Origin. I can see all my games and everything looks normal. But when I start the game I can't use the gallery. It says I have to r...

    Is anyone still having issues with this ?

    The gallery is now back online and hopefully that should also solve this message

I suspect that this problem is related to the number of users in the Gallery. I can connect to the Gallery after a long wait, multiple attempts only between 4 am and 5 am European time when most players are already asleep. If I try to do this at another time, I have the same problem as you.
