@NameesaiLayy  Omen laptops always have a dedicated graphics card, but that's why I wanted to see the dxdiag, so I could look for problems that would explain why Sims 4 was using the Intel integrated graphics chip instead.  And the dxdiag did flag the Nvidia card with an error that could be driver- or hardware-related.  So the first step is to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the graphics driver.

Rather than using the newest driver from Nvidia, please use the one offered by HP for your laptop.  Go here:

    https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops

Enter your laptop's serial number, choose the OS (just Windows 11 is fine) if prompted, and you'll land on the driver download page for your computer.  Under Driver-Graphics, or some similar name, find the newest Nvidia driver by release date and download that.  Then follow these instructions to clean-uninstall and reinstall:

Restart your laptop when you're done, then try again to play.  If that doesn't help, if Sims 4 is still using your integrated graphics chip, please post a new dxdiag.  Please also post a link to the driver download page for your laptop.  That page doesn't contain any information about your own computer, just the overall model.
