Issue with Purchased Content Not Functioning Properly

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I have been experiencing with content I have purchased.

I own several kits, add-ons, and expansions which I have paid for; however, they are not functioning correctly. Each time I enter build mode, for example, a number of items do not appear as they should.

This situation is quite frustrating, as I have paid for this content but am unable to fully access or enjoy it.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
