Missing Digital Content – The Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy Expansion

It has been over 24 hours since I purchased the The Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy expansion pack, and I still have not received the digital content.

Specifically, the two kits included with the purchase have not been delivered or made available in my account.
