Title: Reward Store Traits Not Working When Sim Is Not Active

I've noticed a long-standing issue in The Sims 4 regarding Reward Store traits.

When we buy traits like Forever Clean, Forever Full, or Never Weary, they only seem to work if we are actively playing with that specific Sim or their household. If the Sim is not being controlled (for example, if they're part of a different, inactive household), the traits basically stop working.

This defeats the purpose of buying these traits in the first place, since they should be permanent upgrades regardless of whether we're playing that Sim or not.

This has bothered me for a long time. I'm not sure if this issue only happens on console versions (like PS4/PS5 or Xbox), but if it's a general problem, I really hope it gets fixed. I love this game, and fixing this would make it a much better experience.
