I'd like open neighbourhoods, with each neighbourhood having 6-12 lots.
It wouldn't create the lag that the open worlds of ts3 were known to cause.
It's what ts4 should have had. It's frustrating having a neighbourhood to roam around, but being unable to have your sims on two or three different lots within the neighbourhood at once.
