Games on a computer with no internet

Question

Alright, so basically my laptops battery broke and it can only stay on for 10 minutes maximum before shutting down but that’s kind of besides the point. So, I really wanna play the sims 2 and I dug up my old windows xp computer but there’s a slight problem and that is that it cannot connect to wifi and I have no idea how to set up Ethernet stuff. So, is there any way for me to install the sims 2 onto a usb or something from my origin library and move it onto my windows xp computer with no internet ? Or any way different from that I can get it on there ?

@manasnotdead It's possible but EA no longer supports the legacy Origin client that means Windows XP and Vista are no longer supported https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/operating-system-not-supported-by-origin/.

So how would I go about putting the game onto my windows xp without internet? Do I need to take origin with it or is there a way for me to put just the game on the USB?&nbsp;

@manasnotdead&nbsp;, Sims 2 UC cannot be played without Origin. You will need to copy Origin as well.

any work around to this ?? ☹️ and will if I get it on here, will I even be able to log into my account ?

@manasnotdead You need internet for that.
If you have an ethernet cable you would have to take the computer near the router and connect it to have internet access.
Otherwise you would have to look for a wifi usb adapter for pc
and try to get the drivers for Windows XP.
