Missing clothes and hairs - Sims 2 Ultimate Collection

When I start a new game in The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection, some sims appear to have missing clothes and hair. The area is white with writing all over it, for instance a hair will have brown french braid instead of showing the proper hair. Same with clothing,Consistenly the garden lady shows up with an all white body from the neck down and it reads leather jacket. I have tried different neighborhoods and she still shows up like that.

I tried to use the updates option and also the repair option on Origin, but still no luck I am playing a vanilla game, with no custom content or mods.
