MySims: Issues with character creation

Question

I recently purchased MySims on Origins during a sale, and things went well in terms of download and installation. When I started up the game and entered character creation, I suddenly couldn't do anything.

The game kept prompting me on what to do (clicking parts of the Sim to change them), but it doesn't always react, and I can't even accept what I have even if I could. There is no mouse cursor on screen, and nothing can be clicked. It frustrates me to no end, and it makes me unable to properly enjoy it.

Please help me solve this issue. ☹️

Hi&nbsp;@Samthane,

I'd try the game in windowed mode instead of fullscreen, as that might help with this problem. You should be able to uncheck the fullscreen mode option in the game settings.&nbsp;
