Need help contacting EA/Want to ask about Sims 2 Ultimate Collection

I was wondering if I could still get the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection? I've seen people this week get it through extremely nice EA support people. I'm currently trying my hand in EA Lice Chat but i'm getting desperate..my next thing to do is choose the option Call Me if I don't get in support within the next hour. So, if you're unable to help how can I contact EA quickly? I've been a fan of the sims for a while now..
