Neighbourhood Empty, then crashes

Mine did originally crash when I tried to load the game but now it loads, does the loading of showbiz etc. really quickly and then the neighbourhood is completely blank, no sims, no houses, no lots. The neighbourhood number shows as 0 and when I try and click on anything such as create household, show showbiz area, anything, the game them crashes.

Have uninstalled twice, repaired twice, no mods or cc. Please someone help as that is both in my birthday bundle with issues or not working🙃
