I can't see that petition because you seem to need to set up an account to even look at it. Did you include Mac too? I asked for this a while ago but didn't get anywhere unfortunately.
I'd really love to see the Sims back catalogue re released as downloads. I thought about it after playing some classic platform games on Xbox Series S and it made me wish I'd managed to track down a Series X as it's backwards compatible and I could have played some of my older Sims Xbox games. I found some of my old PC and PS Sims games too and was really nostalgic for the OG Sims and my personal favourite, Sims Bustin Out.
I seem to have Sims discs everywhere that I can't play anymore...how annoying!
