Yes, I said it in my "question" that i can play it in windowed mode, but locked at 640x480, but even changing in graphicrules the resolutions, they don't appear in the game.

Sounds like some comptaibility issue between The Sims 2 and the new GTX 1060. Keep in mind that The Sims 2 is a game 13 years old, and it's no updated to be compatible with modern hardware. You could try reinstalling the GPU driver to see if that helps, but for me it looks like something is not fully compatible with the game ☹️
