Some of the more interesting rewards IMHO are... pieces of things. It'll be up to you to find, assemble, config, and generally figure out what the heck they do.

Selvadorada is the modern name of the place and culture you'll visit in this pack, but it's the much older Omiscan society's artifacts and ruins you'll be investigating. I wonder how far back the Bonehildas go?

If a Sim were to set off into the jungle without any supplies, what's the average chance of survival?
Pretty good. There's no instant death, so things can be prevented if you're careful & paying attention.
But if you're not reacting to the bad things that happen... I think you'll likely die within a few days.

Can children die in the jungle from any of the new dangers? (Sorry if this is morbid)
You're SICK! And I believe so (beware of bugs that set fires).

Adventure Tips:

  • ask locals questions
  • read signs
  • remember the statue in the market
  • shop in the market for adventure gear, food - not everything will be available all the time
  • skills can impact results in RPG text-style adventure aspects
  • not every location will always be available

Archaeology

  • portable archaeology workbench can be used to authenticate artifacts
  • Relics (some?) can be activated, usually on someone else

Relics and Skeletons

There's a couple of ways to generate skeletons; including those that service, those you target, or even yourself.

  • Relics (some?) can be activated, usually on someone else
  • One can summon a "skeleton helper": Golden Totacallama Relic
  • Summoned Service Skeleton is not part of your family
  • You can have one per Sim
  • Some relics will temporarily change yourself or someone else into a skeleton (for several days); it can be cured
  • Not all curses/blessings are skeleton-related

Ghosts can be blessed with skeleton-ism (they look really cool too), but if a skeleton dies, they'll be human (or vamp) as a ghost.

Do Vampires retain their powers and unique needs when they are turned into skeletons?
For the most part, yes. Some changes regarding motives, biting, etc. But by and large vamp powers should still work as a skelly. (In fact, I posted a pic where you can just barely see a vamp skelly burning in the sun)

Can children be cursed? (I doubt it, but just wondering)
No.

Are skeletons new-world-only?
