I have notice that Tony is both a good and a bad guy but it's depends on whom story he is in. Like with the original introduce he's a bad guy (?) and as well as in Pammiechick's Amzon story. But in others like @Maladi777's Hefner Legacy in the generation before his son's, ironically his son is the bad guy to him. Whom is in this case the bad guy. He's a good guy in my own story..
