Sims 1 Audio Not Working

My game has worked fine and suddenly today the game launches and the audio plays for the first few seconds loading in and then it cuts out. In my audio mixer I can see "Sims 1" show up and then instantly disapear. I tried to repair the game, run as administrator and restart my pc but nothing works :( It only happens with sims 1 now and no other games.
