Sims 1 Legacy (npc names problem?)

Im playing on polish language version and this happend in every town (especially on vacation towns tested)

All new NPC i meet on vacation (town probably too) are same name, dosnt matter if is woman or man. 
They call "Filip" holy fk... 25 year game

Can someone fix it?
