sims 2 invalid product code
I wanted to play The Sims 2 after all these years of my copy gathering dust on the shelf - however, when I tried to register my copy on Origin it said that the code is invalid, I might have registered my copy ages ago on that old EA game register thing that popped up when you installed but apparently the information from that one didn't transfer to Origin. I'm not sure if that's the problem or if Origin just hates Sims 2.
Apparently the game is way too old or something?
I thought about contacting EA support but all I get is an offer to have a live chat and I can't and don't want to do that. If anyone knows if it would be possible to just send a ticket I would appreciate the information.
@Syllatina Hey, contacting support is the way to go, as The Sims 2 predates Origin.
What issues do you have with Live chat? If it never loads, can you try a different browser.
