Still having issues - Sims 2000 bundle

Question

I am still having issues with the sims legacy bundle not opening. When I try, I get the 'no Vulkan device detected' message. I have tried looking to uninstall OpenCL and OpenCG and I don't have them installed and when I look for the vulkaninfo, my laptop tells me that there is no info to be displayed. I have (attempted-- not sure I did it right) to update my drivers. I installed the update, still the same message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Still the same message. I am using the EA launcher.

It sounds like your system is likely not vulkan compatible. What is your graphics device and os?

Graphics device is : Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-5005U CPU @ 2.00GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.0GHzOS: &nbsp;Windows 11 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 22621) (22621.ni_release.220506-1250)

It should be vulkan compatible if it's got intel hd 5500 integrated like I'm assuming&nbsp;

After looking around, that claim may be dubious. It's supposed to be vulkan compatible on windows but the thread linked below seems to indicate that it's only vulkan compatible with Linux.

Thanks again for your reply!&nbsp;Mine is an Intel HD Graphics 5005 and it is not Vulkan compatible.&nbsp;**EDITED: I was wrong! Mine is the 5500 series but its still not Vulkan compatible
