I have owned this game for 4 - 5 years. I am trying to install it on a new laptop and the installation code is not recognized. I don't recall if I registered it or not. How can I get the code activated so I can use the game?

The Sims 2 Double Deluxe is older than Origin, so its code can't be redeemed in Origin. One of our customer support advisors may be able to turn your physical copy of the game to a digital copy. Please, contact one of our advisors through EA Help.
