The Sims 2 pets installation code-Pc

I am seeking The sims 2 pets installation code and cannot seem to find it anywhere. The chat bot on EA Games does not even work to ask a question. Can someone please assist me as i have the PC games but i just need the installation code. Help please !!!

    @9802260092085 , if you have already registered the code under your name back in the day, I think you can use it to reinstall the game again. Just remember that the site to register the game no longer exists.
