[The Sims 2] Refund from a download PC game
I brought the Sims 2 season thinking I can just down load the game and start playing I didn't know there's a separate game of the sims2 I would have to buy to play that game. I tired to look for the Sims 2 game and its not found in your store I would like my money back I order it digital and downloaded it to my PC but it will not install and I can not play it its not fair I would like to have my money returned to my account
If you're looking for a refund, you would also want to contact support at http://help.ea.com/contact-us . I don't believe you can request assistance with refunds on the forums. You need someone who can help you with your account. 🙂
You could also check out retailers for The Sims 2. I prefer to purchase from the Origin store, but I have friends who purchase at lots of other places as well.
