My mother accidentally erased my Sims Life Stories off the computer.
I lost a character, my Manuel.
Is there anyway you can resend me the registration code??
Hi, in this case you'll want to contact support, as this game was made some time ago. Be sure to keep an image of your code to hand.
I am in the storyline: Best of Show and the character is suppose to train the dog through the collapsible tunnel. I have trained it several times, and the purplebar no longer appears meaning that the dog is trained, but the program won't acknowledge that the dog is trained so the story is stuck at this spot. Is there away to get the story line unstuck?

Where can I buy The Sims Life Stories? I cannot find it anywhere. Also, is it available for digital download?

Don't think it's availble at Digital Download since it's an old game. Did you try Ebay ?
Okay, so I started playing the old game, Sims Life Stories. I wanted to customize my characters, but I had to register. So I did, and it said my code was already being used... I've installed this game on my computer multiple times because I reset it multiple times (erased everything for more space). Is that what the problem is?
Or do I need to uninstall it and reinstall it to get it working again?
I really would love some help, if anyone knows what to do

If you registered the game with us in the past, you might be able to still get to play it by just downloading and installing the Origin client, logging in with the same account you used for the purchase initially and then clicking on "My Games" to check.
Should that not work, there is unfortunately nothing that we can do in order to retrieve your game.

I got the Sims Life Stories but my computer is a Windows 8.1. Under 'Compatiblity' I have it set as 'Windows XP (Service Pack 2)' and 'Open as Administrator' but when I attempt to open it, it comes up with the red X but just a blank message. What's going on?
