The Sims Medieval Error

Redeemed the Sims Medieval on the EA app today, but every time I load it up an error pops up saying the installation was not completed and then the game exits out. I've tried downloading it to my C drive and my SSD. I'm running Windows 10. I tried to reinstall Origin but it just says I have no internet connection and won't let me open it. Anyone have similar issues recently?

File is too big for me to upload it even though I tried to compress it. It says “installation verification failure. The sims medieval cannot run. The installation is incomplete. Please reinstall and try again”. Which I have uninstalled and reinstalled now 5+ times. Contacted EA support and they couldn’t help any.

  • @hayruss , did you own Sims Medieval on Origin prior to the conversion? Or did you just buy the game? Just trying to narrow down where the error is.

@hayruss Did you buy it on EA App or somewhere else? And did it include the Pirates and Nobles pack?

I bought it on G2A which is normally where I buy games for cheap. It sent me a code that I had to redeem through the Sims 3 website (I think?). Then it showed in my EA game library.
