itsanofrommedawg Where are you installing the game? Please list the full path as the EA App sees it when you go to install; or if the game is currently installed, you can view the location under Sims Medieval > Manage > View properties.
If your Mac runs Catalina (10.15) or newer, which it certainly would if it's even kind of new, it wouldn't be able to run Medieval because the game is 32-bit.
For the Windows issue, it looks like the game did open though, which rules out the Alder Lake issue and probably any issues with the required VC++ runtimes. Something is making the game think it's not fully installed, maybe something blocking access to some data. The question is what.
I've done the VC++ updates as support suggested.
File path is: C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims Medieval\Game\bin
I haven't tried running on Mac since it initially failed. I am currently attempting to launch on Windows 11. I am fairly sure it is an entitlement issue with my game as it no longer shows under my purchases from the account merge.
