The Sims Medieval
I bought The Sims Medieval back in 2/2011 and paid $53.82 for it. I played it and then switched to playing my other Sims games. It stayed in my library until last year and it disappeared. I have written Origin twice - have two error report numbers, but they have not bothered to respond to either one. I paid for the game. I want it. I checked my account with EA and yes it is showing that I did indeed buy it February 7, 2011 for $53.82.
Now, how do I get Origin to bring it back to my library?

- @MountainMamaMSB Hey, an Origin Error Report is usually used for troubleshooting launcher-specific issues, rather than something on the account, and in this case it looks like the issue is with the account rather than the local Origin install.
Can you reach out to support directly at https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ and detail the issue. From what I can see they should be able to easily verify the content and get it straightened out.
