What setting would you prefer for a Sims Spin-off?

The thing with old fashioned styles and such is that in both sims 3 and 4, all sims have a build in smart phone they are obsessed with. Careers are also all modern, there's cars driving around, etc. And it has potential to be completely it's own game, especially when going further back like Victorian age.
