I think the Zodiac Signs would be a cool edition and Seasons should be free on principal, and having to pay for hospitals is a little weird. Mostly what I want to see in Sims 5 is more doctors offices like eye doctors, dentists, and such. Like only going to a hospital but not anywhere else is kind of weird to me. Spiral staircases would be nice too though ??
