Who is your favorite Sim?

The best way to describe Louisa is that "she was a gay old fart that watched and read too many Westerns." Louisa was raised by her mother, Amada, in an arid region of Spain. Her father was British, but he left before Amada realized she was pregnant. Louisa was originally named after her paternal grandfather, but changed it to Luisa in her mid teens. Amada died when Louisa was 20, and she packed up her bags, anglicized her name, and left her home with no idea where she was going except to the West. Louisa grew up with a childhood dream of being a cowboy/cowgirl, and that is what brought her to North America. However, she knew very little English and she ended up in Eastern Canada with nothing but her cowboy hat, a guitar, and a change of clothes! She ended up finding a place to live with someone who desperately needed a roommate, a young woman named Ingrid with criminal connections. Ingrid helped Louisa learn English, and Louisa helped Ingrid get on a better path. They fell in love and got married, and later had 4 children: Beatrice, Viola, Santiago, and Valentin. When Ingrid passed, Louisa felt all alone again, but she had her children and grandchildren for support. Louisa passed away a few years back (story-wise).

Briar is Valentin's daughter and Louisa's granddaughter. She was the middle child, and it showed! As a child, Briar was a tough, confident kid who knew her intelligence. Briar didn't need anyone's help, or so she thought. Deep down, Briar's a big softie, she put that persona up so that she wouldn't get hurt. Briar's soft side became evident when Sorrel, her younger sister, was born (there's an age gap of 13 years between them). Her best friend is her cousin, Maria (Santiago's adopted daughter). At 20 years old, Briar and Maria moved to Windenburg for further education. She ended up in a prestigious program that allowed students to work at Stern Space Agency immediately after graduation. She joined Knights of the Hedge and met Leslie Ruskin, a botany student at the same university. Eventually, Leslie and Briar got into a romantic relationship. They moved in an apartment together the summer after they graduated. A year later, they decided to get married. Since then, they've moved out into the Windenburg countryside and have a little girl named Lyra! Briar works as a technician for Stern Space Agency and Leslie works as a research assistant for the Windenburg Agricultural Centre.
