Hi, I’m on one of the last tasks for this quest in my game and the sim I’m currently using for the quest is stuck and there is no progression bar over her head for the task she’s currently doing which is ‘hug plant’. I cannot cancel the interaction my sim is doing and I’ve also tried restarting the app and uninstalling the game and reinstalling and nothing has worked. Please help me figure out how to fix this.
I’ve tasked my sim with hugging the plant to move further with my Pretty Little Planters quest; however my sim is frozen and I’m not allowed to make my sim stop the action or unfreeze despite troubleshooting.
How do we fix this issue. Do EA have a help department?
You need to go to firemonkey.com help center. You have to have your player ID # which is at the bottom of the page where you can log in/out or info/setting page.
