Three houses and three sims have disappeared from my downtown neighborhood. Is this a glitch that’s being worked on? I’ve been trying to request help but can’t find where to access. Would appreciate a some assistance. Thanks.
In your game tap the three dots at the bottom right, tap Info, then Online Support and use the square talk bubble at the upper right.
It’s not a live chat, so it may take some time before you get an response.
When they respond, where do you actually find the response? I get a notification (exclaimation mark) by ONLINE SUPPORT, but when I click into it, there is nothing there for me to refer to.
When I get a reply, I find it at the talk bubble at the upper right, where I left my message for them.
I tried that. It just kept giving me links to troubleshooting questions.
I can only tell how it works in my game. This is what I get after tapping the talk bubble. I can choose a topic and continue from there. At the bottom of the window I can enter a message right away.
After getting a response I can provide more information or ask more questions.
