Cannot Connect Guest Town to Google Play / Facebook

I play Sims FreePlay on a Samsung Android tablet. My town is currently a guest account — my Player ID says “Guest (Not logged into any social networks)” because I cannot connect to Google Play or Facebook. When I open Account Manager, it says “No social network available”, I tried downloading Facebook to see if that could help and I didn’t. I have not uninstalled the game or cleared data, and my town is only saved locally on this tablet. I preferably do not wanna restart cause I put in so much time and effort in my town. My goal is to manually link my town to my Facebook so I can safely back it up and recover it if anything happens. Also to add more neighbors to play with. Screenshots are available if needed. Please help me!
