After this update my app is not opening. Help!! (I was in level 55 i don’t want to lose it all).
I was also at level 55 and I thought awesome new levels. Now my iPad won’t open the game, it starts to load then crashes after a few seconds. The game says it’s compatible with my iPad. I’m using 32GB of 128GB so I still have lots of storage space and have up to date IOS. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice, it works for about a minute and then closes. I don’t know what else to do. I was hoping EA would have a bug fix.
Me too! Game crashing before loading completely a n d I was at level 51!!!
Have received an update and game loaded - all progress kept! Still a bit glitchy, actions not completing on some Sims.
