Add neighbors on Sims Freeplay without Facebook?

Hi I am currently on level 41 in sims free play I have an apple device. If you still need to add a neighbor who has more to help you get further along in the game. 

This is my user name in Game Center Jomeanmachine 

its a nickname my father used to Call me lol.

Hi, I also don't have facebook, I searched for your name to add you Jomeanmachine but it didn't find you! I'm Sunsetbeach1 if anyone wants to add me as a neighbour 🙂
