I have a problem, is this a bug?
Even though Christmas event is over, my snowman hasn't disappeared and remains there today, but only in one place. The snowman is in a modern manor type house in the standard residence.

I'm having the same issue.
Have you been able to get it fixed? I have tried talking with the EA support advisors since March 7th, but nothing has happened and I'm wandering if it has been fixed on your side at all?
