Baby n bump store.
Baby n bumps store won’t let me buy it and it litterally my next quest is to buy the store. But when I click the store it says I have to finish the quest before I can buy the store. But buying the store is the quest

You didn’t mention your player level and the name of the quest you’re working on, so I can only guess.
If you’re on level 8, it’s the quest “Two and a Half Sims” and probably the task “Build the Children's Store”, you’re supposed to build the marked store on my screenshot.
