Bug in Island living

Hi, yesterday I bought Island living for the Sims 4, but after a few hours playing, the game doesn’t recognise the water anymore. My sims can’t go in the water. (Can’t swim, can’t use anything in the water) I tried to delete a few things and try to rename sims4 in my pc to start a new game. I tried to play with different saves inside my game etc. I also deleted it and download the whole game again (when I did this it worked again but after a few hours the same thing happened) I bought this expansion game but it doesn’t work so it’s really frustrating.
