Bug with the little bears, delights or live tricks

I bought a cloud and it came with these little bears. I put them on the lot because I thought it was interesting, but now I can't remove them from the lot or build anything because they're in the way. Support didn't help me, and your AI is awful. I've been playing The Sims FreePlay for years and never complained about bugs.
