Building the mall

Question

How many quest must I complete in order to build the mall? First it said to complete the nanny quest, then the salsa quest and now the ranger quest. How many more before I can build!? I'm trying to get the sleepwear quest complete but can't start until I build the mall. I only have a few days left. Please help!

The quests have to be completed in order. There should be a green number on your current task that will open a pull down menu to show you where the mall quest is in the queue.&nbsp;
The sleepwear event will come back around again in a few months. I think this is the third time they have run the event and it usually takes doing more then one event to get all of the sleepwear.
