loosing game progress and getting closed out of app.

heya,
whenever am opening  online store or going to neighbour town even inbuilt neighbour town am getting closed out of game and it takes me 3 other 4 times to reopen and to see all my sims is ideal lost whatever they r doing. because of this I have been not able to complete anything. 
pls look into it asap.
