Bumpy ride quest

when I click on the maternity store for the task to buy outfit. It appears to have negative store credit. I am unable to buy anything to complete my quest as it says I need to proceed further on the quest to buy. 

I have send it to the online support but apparently there’s nothing they can do at all! 

anyone here know what else I can do?

  • Hard close and restart game

    Shut device off and restart after a minute

    Log out and log in

    Switch connection, EX from WIFI to cellular 

    Load to a different device

    Preferable a different OS

    If you normally play on Android, load to an Apple device

    If you normally play on Apple, load to an Android device
