They have user ID and Platform, it is part of the report when you submit a ticket

Im not putting the ID here but platform is iOS, iPad

Time is around 14.00 CEST, 22nd of June 2019, that is when I reached the part of finding the truffles

I’m having the same issues as @minicha-em .
I’m wondering if their have been an update?
As the quest time is still ticking but can we get extra time/day for the quest as this is a technical issue?

Firemonkeys told me it would be hard to recreate and gave me a gift. I don't want that, I want the quest fixed. So so frustrating as I missed it last time in the last minutes.

I've been stuck for 8 hrs now and have had time to think

Is this an iOS thing?

Is this the second try for all of you? I did this in December but did not finish. I did this part and have the check mark on the Picket Fences

Is it the same for you? Trying to figure this out, this is the first re-run of this quest, so maybe they overlooked the branches the second time around if it had already been done in December

Preferably I'd like them to auto-complete the task we can not do and add time or auto-complete the day so we have a chance to get the grand prize

I'm having the Same issue as @minicha-em
I can't find no truffles cause there is no tree branches on Santa's farm.
A technical issue preventing us from completing Day 6 of Missing Claus Quest. No fair☹
I hope Firemonkey's fixes this issue immediately before it's to late to complete
