Can't find/access haunted items when in building mode.

I've ooked on two different devices with the same account. No matter what I do I can't find any haunted items for sale. No red ghosts in the bottom right corner and I have the quest "Search for ghosts between 6am and 12pm"

Where/how can I do this if it won't let me. I'm lvl 9, with 9 sims...

go to your homestore(where you buy furnitures). scroll until you find the bulb icon. after that scroll down to find the pumpkin. that's an example of haunted item.

When I go there, I don't find a pumpkin. Or any other items with red ghosts on them... Any other ideas?
