Cant received daily rewards

Question

I already vip 8 &amp; lvl 21 but not received all daily rewards, only received check in rewards. I not play for 1 year &amp; uninstall, play again after 1 year but not received daily rewards after that. I not use cheat, not change my date &amp; time, already updates games.&nbsp;
