Last time this event came round I unlocked all the prizes but didn't collect enough products to buy them all. Now its come around again it keeps telling me the pottery, jewellery and glass crafting stations haven't been unlocked yet and won't let me use any of them.

Unfortunately your progress will get lost in every new event even if it's a repeat of an event. Your all items will convert into simoleons when an event ends. So every new event, you will start from beginning.
But it hasn't reset to the beginning. The progress bar shows that everything is unlocked so I can't progress any further yet I can't use the crafting stations because they're locked
